How to apply to events using eventaly
In 2025, I’ll be updating how I manage my events - I’m using Eventaly, a brand new market management system which should make it even easier and quicker to apply for events with Paper Daisy.

What are the benefits to you as a stallholder?
There are several! Once you create an account, you’ll never have to fill in an application form with us again (or events from other organisers across the country that also use the platform). Your dashboard will be the go-to place to check instantly the progress of your applications and bookings with me. You’ll be able to check the progress of your application at any time (rather than messaging and waiting for a reply from me), whether you’ve been accepted (with invoice details) or if your application is pending, on the wait list, or rejected. If you’ve changed your mind, you can easily cancel your spot too, again by saving the hassle of messaging me and receiving multiple reminders for payment. Invoices & Messages (e.g event set-up info) are stored in your dashboard, so if you need access to an invoice or a message you can log straight in to find it (rather than searching through your inbox for lost emails). You can also log in and update your profile at any time that it suits you as your business evolves. There is no cost to you as a stallholder - you can register for free.
What do I need to do?
Firstly, you’ll have to create a free account - Click the link below, then the ‘sign up’ button on the top right. Then, select the Participant Profile on sign up page. I’ve attached some screen shots below, but if you’re still need help you can click here for a full guide on how to set it up if needed or contact me directly.
You’ll input all the usual data you’d fill out in an application form (business name, social media/website links, contact number etc). You’ll then be asked to upload some photos - some of your products & your stall layout. This is important as it will support your application for my consideration. Remember, you’ll only have to fill this in once!
Once you’ve completed your profile, you’ll be able to apply for any of our events by simply clicking apply now links on our website (when they open throughout the year)! This will become clearer when more dates are open. Please only apply for the events you can actually attend and have every intention of joining us on.
I am always seeking ways of improving the Paper Daisy experience, keeping a professional approach and high standards. I have selected Eventaly as I do believe it to be user friendly and will help save time for all of us so we can get back to what we all love doing quicker - creating and curating!
