10:30AM - 3.30PM (with at least one hour to set up)

Free entry.

We are delighted to be back at Lido, in time for Easter!

We will be taking over the Rear Ballroom, Lounge & Plant Room ready for a day full of creativity.

Fancy holding a workshop? We have scope to host some great workshops, so if you'd like to teach your craft in a separate creative studio room then our Easter Makers Fair could be the ideal place. Pitches start from £40 and includes tables and chairs that can fit 8 people at a time. You will set and run the workshops and keep all proceeds (please do contact me if you need more info, I am happy to advise you).

Our Easter Makers Fair is much more than a typical Craft Fair! This event is carefully curated to ensure there is a high-standard of stalls - which our visitors come to know and expect when they visit a Paper Daisy Makers Fair.

PITCHES availble:

6FT PITCH

  • 6ft table included - £56

    6ft table excluded - £52

    Choose a 6ft pitch (with or without a table) depending on if you like to use your own. Approx size of table is 180×70cm.

    Add a rail space for an additional £10. Browsers are free of charge but must be added to your stall requirements.

4ft pitch

  • 4ft Pitch - £42

    A 4ft pitch comes with a table included. These are smaller than the 6ft tables (approx 120×60cm) so are ideal for small/lightweight products. Max weight limit is 30kg so they are not suitable for large/heavy items or displays.

    You can add on a rail space for an additional £10. Browser space is free but must be added to your requirements.

WORKSHOP

  • Fancy teaching your craft to others? Why not book a workshop space!

    The workshops can be run entirely to your specific needs and frequencies - you’ll take home all income after initial pitch fee.

    We will list your workshops on our website and include it within our marketing campaign. We recommend advanced ticket sales for workshop spaces either on a platform like Eventbrite or your own website. You are also welcome to display signage/posters to help with any on-the-day bookings.

 FAQs

  • There are a few things we look for when working our way through applications.

    • We like to see your brand identity and if we feel it will align with ours and our visitors to that particular market/area.

    • Your social media presence.

    • Any past stall set up images can be helpful when deciding if you’re a good fit.

    • And of course, the main one is the quality and originality of your work/products.

  • Yes the Lido has a large free car park but please remember to inout your registration number on the tablet at reception when you arrive.

  • We welcome applications from food/drinks such as sauces, jams, chocolates & sealed drinks. Sorry no baked goods as this is provided via The Deco cafe.

  • Chairs are provided for all pitches.

    There are limited amount of tables so if you can bring your own, please apply to do so.

  • Yes, but is limited. I will do my best to ensure everyone who requires electricity has access. You will need to bring your own extension leads and ensure everything is PAT tested.

  • Prices can be found on the above section - pitches.

    You can also add on a rail space for £10 but rails are not provided. Rail spaces are typically placed at the end of your pitch going front to back.

    Browser spaces are free but please add this onto your application.

  • Yes, we’re happy for exhibitors to share 6ft pitches but please list both businesses on application. Unfortunately the 4ft tables aren’t suitable for sharing as they are too small.

  • As always, I pride myself on a full marketing campaign for each event, and of course this will be no different.

    Each exhibitor will be featured across our socials and website & we will provide you with numerous graphics for your own social media channels.

    We also expect you to advertise on your platforms for further awareness and you’re welcome to use any of our images/graphics on our socials as well as the ones we provide for you. We also welcome collaborative posts on IG.

  • Yes, the venue has wifi.

  • Unfortunately, our four legged friends aren't allowed inside :(

  • Yes, the Deco Cafe, Bar & Restaurant will be open and will serve up a range of drinks and food options.

 

GETTING HERE BY CAR: Just off the A259 Coast road, in the centre of Saltdean. SatNav: BN2 8SP

GETTING HERE BY BUS: Buses 27, 12X, 12, 14 all stop at the Lido, from both Brighton station and town and from Eastbourne. Get off at Longridge Avenue for a one minute walk.
