Halloween has been and gone, which can only mean one thing… Christmas season is upon us and we can start talking about our Christmas Fairs!
We have 4 lovely events planned and we’d love for you to get creative and learn a new skill this Winter.
Below you’ll find more information about all the creative workshops we’re running and how to book them!
PAPER FLOWER WORKSHOP
DATE: Saturday 18th November
TIME: 10:30am-12:00pm & 12:30pm-14:00pm & 14:15pm-15:30pm
VENUE: BHASVIC, 205 Dyke Road, Hove, BN3 6EG (Inside the Grand Hall)
Host: Indigo Mole
Helen from Indigo Mole will guide you to make 3 to 5 stems of this beautiful Crepe paper Lavender at our event at Bhasvic. A nice relaxing workshop, either come alone or with friends and get into a fully creative mode. Helen will also have craft kids available to purchase so you can even try and recreate some other flowers from the comfort of your own home. The cost is £12 and includes all materials and equipment needed.
wreath making workshop
DATES: Saturday 25th November, Sunday 26th November and Saturday 2nd December
TIME: Multiple sessions between 10:30am - 4pm.
VENUES: Wagner Hall, 2 Regency Road, Brighton, BN1 2RU (25/11 + 26/11) and The Shoreham Centre, 2 Pond Road, Shoreham, BN43 5WU (02/12)
Host: Bunches of Sussex
If you’re looking for a truly festive workshop, then the Bunches of Sussex Wreath workshop is the one for you! You will design and make your very own wreath, with the expert support and guidance from specialists florists. The class is open to all ages and abilities. The cost is £40 and includes a hot drink too.
Please note: The workshop at Wagner Hall is located outside in gazebos. Blankets will be provided but please wrap up warm. The Workshop at The Shoreham Centre is located on the stage where access is via a few steps.
potters wheel workshop
DATE: Saturday 2nd December
TIME: No booking required - Multiple sessions between 10:00am - 3:30pm.
VENUE: The Shoreham Centre, 2 Pond Road, Shoreham, BN43 5WU
Host: Clayful Hands
If you’ve always fancied throwing your own pot on a potters wheel, well now you can! Clayful Hands pop-up pottery sessions are guaranteed to be fun.
No need to book, just go say hi and have a go or book a time slot! £15 a go with the option to keep your pot for an extra £10!
Please note: Workshop is located on the stage via a few stairs.
children’s craft zone
DATES: Saturday 18th November & Saturday 2nd December
TIME: Throughout event opening times.
VENUES: BHASVIC (18/11) & The Shoreham Centre (02/12)
Host: Paper Daisy Events
Entertain little ones at our pop-up craft zone! Lots of festive crafting for kids to get creative and take their handmade wares home with them! Activities include pom-pom making, biscuit decorating and wooden bauble decorating! Most activities are free!
No need to book - just come along and have some fun!
